Entry Level Warehouse Associate

PAY: starting at $11.50/hour 

SCHEDULE: Full time and Part time positions available. We are flexible: what works for you?

As a Warehouse Associate, you are in-charge of assisting in the warehouse wherever help may be needed. You'll have main job duties but wear many different hats. No two days are alike and our warehouse team is dedicated to coming together, in a positive, fun attitude to create great customer experiences by working hard & efficiently.

We need help picking, packing and shipping orders. Inventory needs checked and stocked on shelves when shipments arrive. You may be making and packing kits, weighing wool, counting and sorting potholder loops; we have subscription box so we will work as a team (all hands on deck on packing day!) to get A LOT of boxes out within 1-2 days. That means lots of preparing, such as: counting loops, folding boxes, preparing flyers... 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Properly handle the product while moving it from one location to another
  • Maintain awareness of what needs to be accomplished for the day and assisting others in the department
  • Perform additional duties and functions as required
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy when identifying the product to be picked
  • Follow all operational and safety procedures

Personal Assistant

PAY: starting at $11.50/hour

Job Responsibilities: 

We are looking for a third hand - there is simply too much for my husband and me to do, and not enough time to do it all properly. We are hoping to find someone willing to jump in where they are needed. This may be packing orders, answering customer emails, editing the website, making lunch for the family or reading a book with one of the kids, just to name a few. Your tasks will spread over business and some private needs. Simply anything that helps us keep our business and life moving smoothly.

Customer Service

Job Description: 

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative.

This position is preferably for someone local, but we are open to working with someone remotely. Looking for someone to answer customer questions about our products and adjust orders, which then in turn needs to be communicated with warehouse staff to fulfill orders accordingly. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Manage large amounts of incoming emails and some phone calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • identify and asses customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within a short time limit; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Take the extra mile to engage with customers

Social Media Manager

PAY: starting at $11.50/hour 

SCHEDULE: Part time positions available. We are flexible: what works for you? 

Job Description: 

We are looking for someone to manage our social media presence (mostly Facebook at the moment, but with help, hoping to expand onto other platforms within time). Post regularly on our FB page, communicate customers through FB messenger, engage with comments. 

Help us set up a private FB group for our customers and moderate it on a regular basis. 

Work with interested customers and ambassadors on projects and collaborations. 

Possible need for eventually getting our blog active again, if interested. 

Virtual Assistant

PAY: starting at $11.50/hour 

SCHEDULE: Part time positions available. We are flexible: what works for you? 

Job Description: 

Looking for an all-around (virtual) helper. Can be local, but tasks will be online tasks. Needing someone to help with managing the online business. 

Tasks will vary, but could include: editing images, updating the website, creating pages (such as this one right here), creating blogs, data entry, reaching out to potential ambassadors and collaborating with them on projects, creating tutorials and product information. The tasks are endless, we can discuss what would work for you! 

Must be tech-savvy, a good communicator, able to multi task and time manage

Subscription Box Manager

PAY: starting at $11.50/hour 

SCHEDULE: Part time positions available. We are flexible: what works for you? 

Job Description: 

Our subscription box is growing, and my brain is bubbling with ideas. I need help bringing them all to life. I'm looking for someone who is a potholder enthusiast! Who can help me plan the monthly designs, create the flyers, update the website and create graphics?

Would love to have someone help me create the potholder patterns every month and host our future Facebook Group which would also include engaging with our subscribers, perhaps go live and make potholders with them every week? Great communication skills are a must for this and the position is for someone who loves creating and/or could talk about potholder weaving day and night.

A plus is also, someone willing to take over the customer service part of the subscription box. Answering emails and helping customers pause/skip/cancel their subscriptions and keeping track of failed payments and other admin tasks, which will all be taught/explained to you. 

This might be asking for too much from one single person, so I'm open to suggestions! Extra perk: all supplies will be provided to you - free loops galore!
