Let us know where we went wrong. Then we will happily replace the questionable item or refund your purchase. Items must be returned for refund or exchange, see our Return Policy for more information.
Did you order the wrong product? Feel free to make a return. Returned merchandise must arrive at Acorns and Twigs in salable condition and must be returned within 30 days of original purchase. We will credit your account fro the cost of the product (minus the shipping). Read up on our return details here.
