I'd never attached wooden rings to my homemade potholders prior to this, but everyone who received new potholders with a ring immediately said "great, I love it that way!"

Do ensure that you leave a very "stretchy" loop for the last one as it has to go around the ring when you put it on. The video is really helpful in understanding how simply and quickly you can do it.
