Lots of great ideas.
Very interesting book with lots of "out of the box" ideas for different kinds of patterns. Really gave me something to think about. Tried weaving a potholder from an old pair of black socks with their instructions. It was a little rough, so will look for different kind of sock, but adding the little plastic loop is a nice touch!
I like the book a lot. The beginning is quite confusing - it would be good to have the glossary at the front, to explain the difference between warp and weft. I've already done one of the patterns.
THe book is chock full of potholders I never imagined. Color photos accompany each pattern. The only I would add is a skill level. But we can each determine our comfort level. Can't wait to get more loops in a rainbow of colors.
Wonderful and informing book. So many patterns to do. Just Love this book and recommend it to anyone.
I loved making potholders as a child of the 50s and 60s. I shared that love with my kids and now my granddaughter. I can’t wait to pull out my loops and loom to try the beautiful variations in this book. The patterns seem to have clear instructions. So glad to see so much excitement about this useful craft!
I love the ideas and patterns this book shares. Certainly worth the purchase. It’s been so much fun to take something I love as a child and still have fun as an adult. Everybody on my Christmas list gets potholder sets this year.
I love this book. I have found it very inspiring. Lots of helpful information and challenging weaves. That's what I like most about it.
