This book of designs published by Harrisville Designs has easy and clear instructions on how to make a potholder.
Whether you’re a novice or a professional potholder weaver you’ll enjoy the 140 colorful patterns both in Traditional and PRO sizes.
There are photos of potholders using many of these designs to inspire!
Please note, due to the volume of orders we are receiving, orders may take 2-4 weeks (this is an estimate) to process before they are shipped.
Our small team is working really hard to cut that wait time down as much as possible. We appreciate your patience.
Loved the book but I would have liked more of the pro size deigns. I only make pro size and over half was regular size. Otherwise a great pattern book
A fantastic book I have enjoyed making 10 different designs would highly recommend it!
This is a good book for someone who wants to get started making potholders on either a traditional or pro size loom. It shows step by step how to weave and finish off a potholder, has a color guide of Harrisville Designs loops, talks about color and design, and is filled with pages of full color designs and finished potholders. It includes designs from the online potholder wizard but also special designs like rainbow (pp 14-15, 36, 46, 48-49, 58-59)
and possibilities for camo designs (pp 25-29, 32, 38, 42, 52-55). One drawback: design pages do not have page numbers.
Great pattern book. Love all the new ideas. Will need to order more yarn now.
I hope to try some of the patterns but I’m still waiting on the loops to come. I’ll have a better feel for the book then.
Made one potholder and was surprised how much I enjoyed the process and the finished product.
Love this pattern book. Found lots of potholders I want to make. I did potholders with my kids years ago and got started again to play with my grandkids. Besides I love the big Pro size potholders. They will make great gifts.
There are so many fun patterns to choose from. The instructions are easy to follow.I have already made several pot holders and given to friends. I'm looking forward to making lots more.
