FAQ - What do I do if I have a defective product?
Acorns and Twigs is committed to quality products. Any product with a quality defect can be returned for a full refund, or contact us
at (515) 306-0926 from 10 am - 4 pm GMT Mo-Fr (except holidays) to make arrangements to return the item to us by mail.
Please Note: we can not accept any returns on our flutes, due to hygiene reasons.
