FAQ - My Shipment was missing an item(s). Whom should I contact?
It is possible your shipment was split based on product availability, and that the missing items will be shipped when they become available. Your shipment confirmation will include a list of all products included in your shipment. To track your order, please use our Order History by signing in to your account.
Please contact us at (515) 306-0926 from 10 am - 4 pm GMT Mo-Fr (except holidays) to report an incomplete shipment, and we will check the status of your missing items.
