FAQ - My shipment is damaged. Whom should I contact?
If your order content was damaged in-transit please contact us at (515) 306-0926 from 10 am - 4 pm GMT Mo-Fr (except holidays) to report a damaged shipment.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We want to ensure that your experience at Acorns and Twigs makes your life just a little easier, and will do everything we can to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
Please Note: we can not accept any returns on our flutes, due to hygiene reasons.
