We know that the holidays come with many added complications this year, and we hope that the act of felting, weaving and making gifts for loved ones (or yourself!) by hand will bring comfort.
With the holidays fast approaching, we wanted to let you know about some important changes at Acorns & Twigs.
Shipments are arriving all the time!! Check back regularly if your item is currently sold out. I am pleased to report that we have made significant improvements in the past few weeks in our in-stock rates but will continue to be a challenge as we strive to meet this unprecedented demand.
Shipping has become complicated during the pandemic, with an increase in delayed, lost or damaged packages. Give yourself plenty of time!
We urge you to get your holiday shopping done early this year so you can spend more time on what really matters - which isn't something you'll find wrapped under a tree.
HOLIDAY ORDER DEADLINE
Our holiday order cutoff is December 1st. We will continue to take orders after this deadline, but if you need your items for a holiday, please place your order by Dec 1st, as this will give you the highest chance.
USPS has announced a holiday shipping cut off for Hawaii on Dec 15th, First Class mail in the lower states is Dec 18th, and Priority Mail in the lower states is Dec 19th.
That being said, please understand that our family will be taking our one and only family time off from Dec 19th through January 6th. This will also include down time for inventory counting. We will be limiting our computer use and (most likely) not shipping during this time. We will still be taking orders, but please do not expect us to ship until after January 6th.
Due to the high volume of orders, we can not combine or change orders. We encourage you to take your time shopping, and to check out once your order is complete.
As of today, orders are taking an additional 3-7 business days to process and shipping carriers are experiencing delays.
Unfortunately, we can't promise delivery dates. Please know that we understand how important it is to get your items in a timely manner and are doing everything that we can to get your order out ASAP, without any unnecessary delays.
